TEE

Hi,

My name is Tithya, pronounced Teetha. Since highschool, I was given the nickname Tee, and since then, it stuck.

ELEMENTARY & HIGHSCHOOL

Since elementary school, I’ve always enjoyed fitness and been involved with it. I played outdoors regularly. I competed in organized sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, and gymnastics. I also competed in dance. Near the end of highschool, I started weight training.

COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY

With the passion for health, fitness, and the inquiring mind to understand the human body, I attended post secondary school for kinesiology at Langara College in Vancouver BC. I completed two years of courses, and then transferred to the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in Abbotsford BC to complete the final two years.

2012 – PRESENT

After completing my Bachelor’s of Kinesiology Degree at UFV, I became a registered kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) in 2011. It’s now 2024, so it’s my 14th year as a registered kinesiologist doing it a mix of full time, part time, and casual since 2011. Since 2011, I’ve been providing health and fitness programs. As well, during this time, I obtained certifications that are useful such as Personal Training and Soft Tissue Release.

While my kinesiology, personal trainer, and soft tissue release are most useful in my practice when it comes to helping people improve their health and fitness, and injury, there is another major piece. Since 2012, I’ve spent a lot of time learning about the spiritual aspects of the human such as the soul which consists of many aspects such as the mind, mindset, motivation, emotions, human nature, habits, actions, and more. Over the years, it’s clear how important it is to get the mind and heart in the right place in order for people to carry out the actions necessary to manifest their desires.

I feel natural helping others improve their health, fitness, injury, and self so they can be their highest self. When people are their highest self, they will be living to their potential, which is reflected in living well.

The final point I want to touch on is my philosophy on health, fitness, and soul. The approaches that I’m guided by are based on long term sustainability. If you can sustain what you are doing long term such as your health and fitness, and long term meaning at least 10 years straight or longer, but more optimally, to sustain it for multiple decades straight, that is a great approach for health and fitness, and soul. Why? Because you have your body every day. It makes sense to maintain it in a good place all the time right. And to do that, you have to approach things with the philosophy of long term sustainability.

Now, let’s make your desires come true. Reach out, and let’s make it happen.
