Online sessions is great for people who want to achieve their health and fitness goals at home. This makes sense for people who do not live in a reasonable driving distance of a half hour from our gym. It allows long-distance client and practitioner contact, training, support, motivation, care, advice, guidance, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions.
