Mobile sessions is when we come to you. If you value health and fitness, and your time because you are busy or you want more free time, and you have a budget for this convenience, this is for you. Here’s how to get started.

Think where you want the mobile sessions (your place, park, or business).

STEP 3

Contact us to see what the travel fee would be for us to travel to your place of choice. The cost would be the program session price + travel fee.

DURATION

Sessions are 60 min.

Once you’ve contacted us on whatsapp, email, or call, we will send you all the program rates in a PDF document which will also show the travel fee.
