Gym drop ins can help you achieve any of these goals whether it is to improve your health and fitness, achieve a healthier look, lose weight, lose fat, tone, build muscle, get strong, increase energy, improve endurance, speed up the metabolism, and or strengthen bone density.

WHAT

Gym drop ins is a program where you can drop into the gym at a set hour to use on your own or there may be 1-2 others using the gym while you are there. It’s great for people who like to train in a smaller private setting.

DURATION

Clients drop in for 1 hour up to as many days in a month (30 days) as they like.

WHERE

Sessions take place at our gym in Surrey.
