Autobiography
My name is Tithya, pronounced Teetha. Since highschool, I was given the nickname Tee, aka Tee Live.
Child Years
Since elementary school, I’ve enjoyed being active. I participated in organized sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, and gymnastics, as well as dance.
Post Secondary Years
With the passion for health and fitness, I attended Langara College and the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) for the Bachelor’s of Kinesiology Program.
Practicing Years
After completing my Bachelor’s of Kinesiology Degree at UFV, I became a registered kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) in 2011. It’s now 2026, and I’ve been a registered kinesiologist for 15 years doing it a mix of part time and full time since 2011. I’ve provided fitness, health, and injury recovery programs.
During this time, I also earned more certifications relevant to my areas of practice such as a certified personal trainer, certified nutritionist, certified clinical pilates practitioner, certified soft tisse therapist, and more. It’s all helped me help improve people’s fitness, health, and injuries.
During this whole time, I’ve spent consistent time learning about self development (mind, mindset, motivation, emotions, human nature, habits, actions, and more). Self development is important for everyone to work on as a foundation of tools necessary to reach their goals.
Throughout these years, I’ve developed my mainy philosophy around on fitness, health, injury recovery, and self development. That philosophy is focused on approaches that are sustainable long term/life time. Essentially, reach your goals, and maintain it for a long time. This is what people truly want: to get their results and keep it.
