Hi,
My name is Tithya, pronounced Teetha. Since highschool, I was given the nickname Tee, and since then, it stuck.
ELEMENTARY & HIGHSCHOOL
Since elementary school, I’ve enjoyed fitness. I played outdoors regularly. I participated in organized sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, and gymnastics, as well as dance.
COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY
With the passion for health and fitness, I attended post secondary for kinesiology at Langara College in Vancouver BC and the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in Abbotsford BC.
2012 – PRESENT
After completing my Bachelor’s of Kinesiology Degree at UFV, I became a registered kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) in 2012. It’s now 2025, and I’ve been a registered kinesiologist doing it a mix of full time and part time since 2012 providing fitness, health, and injury recovery programs. During this time, I also obtained more certifications that are relevant to my practice such as Personal Training and Soft Tissue Release.
While my kinesiology, personal trainer, and soft tissue release are useful in my practice when it comes to working with people to improve their fitness, health, and injuries, there is another major piece. Since 2012, I’ve spent a lot of time learning about self development (mind, mindset, motivation, emotions, human nature, habits, actions, and more). Over the years, it became clear how important self development is for everyone as a foundation of tools necessary to reach their goals.
Finally, my philosophy on fitness, health, injury recovery, and self development are guided by long term sustainability approaches. When you can sustain your fitness, health, injury prevention, and self development for decades or life, that is really what you need and want.
