Mobile Programs is when we come to you (your place, work, or park) to conduct one of these programs of your choice:

  • Personal Training
  • Group Fitness / Bootcamp
  • Injury Recovery / Active Rehab
  • Nutrition Coaching

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR

Mobile Programs is for you if:

  • You want to participate in a program in person but you cannot come to our gym in Surrey, so we will come to you.
  • Your time is valuabe, and you want convenience, then we will come to you.
  • You do not have the time to travel to our gym, then we will come to you.
  • Transportation logistics are difficult to come to us, then we will come to you.
  • Coming to us presents some physical limitations, then we will come to you.

Specific populations who benefit from online programs are seniors, people in care homes, people in senior homes, people with disabilities, etc.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM

  • Step 1: Read the program page you are interested in first (Personal Training, or Group Fitness / Bootcamp or Injury Recovery / Active Rehab or Nutrition Coaching).
  • Step 2: Think where you want the mobile sessions (your place, work, or park).
  • Step 3: Contact us to see what the travel fee would be.
  • Step 4: Then the final cost can be determined (program price + travel fee).
