Group Fitness Program / Bootcamp Program helps you reach your goals. Choose below.

  • Health: Get healthy, improve (wellness, mood, sleep, heart, or lungs), reduce stress, boost metabolism, stabilize hormones, live longer, strengthen the immune system to prevent sickness, decrease the risk of conditions and diseases, or strengthen bones.

WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM AND THE BENEFITS

Group Fitness Program or Bootcamp Program are fitness programs involving 3 or more people. It is fun to exercise with a group of people and enjoy a social environment. Be motivated when working out with a group of people.

2 TYPES OF GROUPS

  • Your Group Your Schedule: You arrange your group of 3 or more. We will work with you to set a schedule that works for your group.
  • Public Group Public Schedule: Schedule is set by the company Tee Live Fitness And Kinesiology. Anyone is welcome. Come yourself or come with others.

WHAT YOU GET: TRAINING

Generally, we do strength and conditioning training in all kinds of arrangements (supersets, tri-sets, circuits, etc.). Exercises are timed. This allows everyone to do the same exercise within a given time but everyone can adjust the reps they do. This is good because it allows everyone to work at their own fitness level. For example, 1 person can do 5 pushups in 1 minute while another person can do 30 pushups in 1 minute.

  • If indoors, we use more equipment for strength training (dumbbells presses, barbell squats, dumbbell bicep curls, cable machine exercises, etc.) and cardio machines (treadmill, bike, elliptical, etc.).
  • If outdoors, we use more body weight exercises for strength training (eg. pushups, squats, crunches, etc.) and the field for cardio (eg. run around the field, field sprints, side shuffles across the field, etc).

  • For beginner and intermediate fitness levels.
