Group Fitness Program helps you “reach and maintain” your goals. Choose below.
- Appearance: Lose weight, lose fat, tone, or gain muscle
- Function: Gain strength, increase energy, or improve (endurance, mobility, muscle imbalances, posture, or mind)
- Health: Get healthy, improve (wellness, mood, sleep, heart, or lungs), reduce stress, boost metabolism, stabilize hormones, live longer, strengthen the immune system to prevent sickness, decrease the risk of conditions and diseases, or strengthen bones
WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM AND THE BENEFITS
Group Fitness Program is a group of people exercising together. Small groups range from 3-9 people while large groups are 10 or more people. It is fun and motivating to exercise with a group in a social environment.
2 TYPES OF GROUPS
- Your Group Your Schedule: You arrange your group. We will work with you to set a schedule that works for your group.
- Public Group Public Schedule: Schedule is set by the company Tee Live Fitness And Kinesiology. Anyone is welcome. Come yourself or with others.
WHAT YOU GET: EXERCISE
We do strength and conditioning training in all kinds of arrangements (supersets, tri-sets, circuits, etc.). Exercises are timed. This allows everyone to do the same exercise within a given time. This allows everyone to work at their own fitness level. For example, 1 person can do 5 pushups in 1 minute while another person can do 30 pushups in 1 minute.
- If indoors, we use more equipment for strength training (dumbbells presses, barbell squats, dumbbell bicep curls, cable machine exercises, etc.) and cardio machines (treadmill, bike, elliptical, etc.)
- If outdoors, we use more body weight exercises for strength training (eg. pushups, squats, crunches, etc.) and the field for cardio (eg. jog, run, sprint, side shuffles, etc.)
