When you eat a variety of better quality food, and in the right quantity meaning the amount of food you consume daily, you will help your body operate at its best. This means, you can achieve any of these goals whether it is to improve your health and fitness, achieve a healthier look, lose weight, lose fat, tone, build muscle, get strong, increase energy, improve endurance, speed up the metabolism, and or strengthen bone density.
For people who want to lose fat and weight and or gain muscle, you have to eat a good diet to see these results. Exercise alone is not enough for fat loss/weight loss and or muscle growth. You have to do both: exercise and eat right to see results!
WHAT
What does the right diet for you look like? That’s where our education and knowledge come into play to help you figure that out. Factors that will determine what is an optimal diet for you are your gender, age, current weight, goals, and time frame to achieve those goals by, what you can or can’t eat, and how your body is use to eating.
Once we have an understanding of this, we can develop your diet plan/meal plans. In some cases, we can give you a general guide with some meal plans for the day and weeks. In other cases, we have to work with you to customize a diet for you that works because for some people, this is what they need. They need something specific.

Sessions are 60 min.

Sessions can take place at 3 places:
- Our gym in Surrey
- Online
- Mobile (At your location of choice. Refer to Mobile Sessions page for additional travel fee.)
